
Rev. Wayne C. Deloach is the Pastor of Peace Lutheran Church in Dresser, Wisconsin. Dresser is located on the St. Croix River which forms the border between Wisconsin and Minnesota. Dresser is about 45 miles north and east of St. Paul, Minnesota. Peace Lutheran Church is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Pastor Wayne has served this congregation since 1978 when he moved to Dresser from Billings, Montana. While in Billings, he was the Associate Pastor of the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd.
Pastor Wayne was born in Coeburn, Virginia and grew up in Duluth, Minnesota. He graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota in 1970 and from Luther Theological Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1974.
In 1969 he married Mary Ellen (Anderson) Deloach who was originally from Hogeland, Montana. The Deloach's have three daughters (Angela Kutney, Julie Deloach, and Amy Waelchli), two sons-in-law (Mike Kutney and Paul Waelchli), one granddaughter, Megan Ashley Kutney, and three grandsons, Joshua Wayne Kutney, Carter Michael Waelchli, and Anderson George Waelchli.
